American Idle

Kellie Pickler was at the CMT Music Awards last night presenting Breakthrough Album of the Year with co-presenter Randy Jackson.

Obviously it was an Idol moment, you know, the kind that always happens in the off-season around audition time.

But the bummer news of the evening was that both Pickler and Carrie Underwood lost in their quest to win awards, and both lost to Taylor Swift, who happens to be a good friend of the pair.

So if you have to lose to your friend, so be it. They will always have the hockey games and the night club parties. LOL And probably the after-party at these awards. I doubt they were too broken-hearted over it.
