American Idol 9 Audition Dates Announced
It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for…the American Idol auditions for season 9 have been announced and they’re right around the corner.
Unfortunately, they still haven’t lifted the age restriction (surprise!) and so those of you in your 30’s will have to go to America’s Got Talent. Perhaps you are the next Susan Boyle.
Anyway, the auditions are open to men and women who are between the ages of 16-28 and who are under 28 as of June 12, 2009. You also have to be eligible to work in the U.S.
Also notable this year is that they’re holding the auditions mainly in stadiums. In this economy there will be thousands looking for their big break. The competition will probably be as fierce as it was last year and the numbers will probably be substantially higher.
