American Idle

The crazy cat lady was at it again on Britain’s Got Talent last night, as the Scottish lass from a tiny village in Scotland made it through to the next round.

She sang “Memory” from the musical CATS, not the easiest song to sing in the world, either.

She started out a little off-key, but then honed into her Susan-ness and basically slayed it. Wow. Again.

Her voice has a magical timbre to it, which lends itself well to big musical numbers like these.

And so Susan continues her improbable march toward performing in front of the Queen someday. You know, at this rate, Boyle might do just that.
