Simon Cowell Says Anoop Desai Has No Chance At All - American Idol 8
In a post-wrap interview with Good Day LA, Simon’s ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour interviewed Cowell and asked him some pointed questions. It’s making the rounds because of the manner in which Simon answered her questions. Wanna know what Cowell thinks? Here are some highlights.
Namely, he didn’t think much of using his judges’ save on Matt Giraud, and he had other thoughts heading into the most difficult week of all, Disco Theme Week.
The reason it will be difficult, he says, is simple. Two people are going home. Fair enough. But the reason Cowell is getting so much negative feedback is that he thinks Anoop Desai should have already gone home. WTF?
He said that the best Anoop will finish is fourth place and that if it were Anoop facing elimination instead of Matt, Anoop would have got the boot!
He also said that he didn’t think Matt would win the competition, either. So why did he save Matt in the first place?
Anyway, Simon Cowell is just being himself and I would expect his behavior to continue until the finale. I’m sure you have thoughts, so go ahead and share them.

I will be so glad when Anoop gets voted off. Anoop acts like a jerk. He talked back to the judges and thinks he is going to be an R/B star. He is also full of himself. What a joke.
