Remember Princess P? No?? How about Paris Bennett??? Still no answer? Well, she was on American Idol (season 5, to be exact) and she did have a baby girl, named Egypt at 3:36 p.m. Monday afternoon.

She also claims that Egypt has a “set of lungs” on her. Isn’t that what Clay Aiken said after his baby popped out of his um, partner’s belly?

What in the Hell is the matter with these Idols thinking their kids will have a shot at making it on the show? For one, nobody knows if the show will be on for another 18-20 years. By that time, Idol may allow 10-year-olds on the show and so there may be a possibility of that happening.

But don’t hold your breath. And for another, there are about 10 million people (a rough estimate, to be sure) who think they can sing.

However, there is some truth to the whole “genetics” argument. And you’re soon to find that out this season. Anyway, Bennett had good genetics (her grandmother was a famous soul singer) and so one never knows. Here’s to genetics!
